1. Speedynameservers.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Us when the account has been inappropriately used.

2. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of payment received.

3. Any account past due more than 15 days is subject to suspension. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies Speedynameservers.com in writing (email) for a request for termination of services.

4. The orders with Credit Cards will be automatically billed, on a monthly basis. For Credit Card users, the payment will be billed by 2checkout.com or Paypal.

5. Speedynameservers.com reserves the right to cancel service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be paid in 10 days from the cancellation.
If cancellation is caused by customers violation of our policies, then no refund is due.

6. Setup Fees, Domain Name Registrations, Domain Name Renewals and Domain Parking fees are non-refundable.

7. Customers are permitted to resell web hosting services under their account. Speedynameservers.com reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to it's servers to anyone.

8. We expressly forbids server use for distribution, storing, processing, or otherwise handling in any way the following:

• Adult material, expicit images or obscene content (Partial Nudity & Nude Modeling does NOT fall into this category).
• Hacking material, pirated software, phreaking, hacking, Anarchy, and any sites which provide 'links to' or 'how to' information about such material.
• Spam material
• Illegal material, copyrighted works (i.e. mp3 music files, ROM's, emulators),
  

9. Speedynameservers.com offers various hosting packages. All packages come with UNLIMITED name based domains.

10. The user will be kept abreast of their disk space, bandwidth and email accounts via a web based reporting tool that will let the user know how much disk space, bandwidth and email accounts he/she is consuming. If the client surpasses these limits the client can adjust their usage, upgrade to a larger package. The client will be notified by mail about the overage.

11.Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Speedynameservers.com harmless from any demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against Speedynameservers.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns.

12. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Speedynameservers.com against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Speedynameservers.com server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Speedynameservers.com server.

13. Speedynameservers.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer, we makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Speedynameservers.com disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Speedynameservers.com and its employees.
